Mindful Employer

NHS Cambridgeshire are part of the Mindful Employer initiative. The initiative is aimed at increasing awareness of mental health at work and providing ongoing support for employers in the recruitment and retention of staff.

Through it’s network of employers, health professionals and support organisations, Mindful Employer helps enable employees, job applicants, managers and colleagues access advice, information and practical support to help positively manage issues of mental health.
