NHS Cambridgeshire

Joint Strategic Needs Assessment survey

Take part in the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment survey

NHS Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire County Council, district councils and other organisations in Cambridgeshire are looking at how ill health can be prevented and good health promoted. A survey is being carried out in order to find out out what you think about preventing ill health in people aged between 16 and 64. It looks at all factors that can impact upon a person’s health

This survey is part of the Prevention Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). Organisations use the information found in the JSNA to plan services for the prevention of ill health.  However it is important that we know and understand what people living in Cambridgeshire think about the prevention of ill health and appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey.  It is entirely confidential, please leave out any questions you prefer not to answer.”

You can complete the survey online until 16 August 2011 by clicking here.
