Let's Get Cooking

Let’s Get Cooking is a national network of free cookery clubs to support children, parents and the wider community learn to cook ‘good food that is good for you’. Clubs are usually run through your local school and nearly 30 schools in Cambridgeshire are taking part. To find out if your local school is involved visit Lets Get Cooking and search under list of clubs for the Cambridgeshire area then contact your school directly.

The Healthy Start Programme

With Healthy Start, you can get free vouchers every week which you swap for milk, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and infant formula milk. You can also get free vitamins. For more details on if you are eligible and how you apply go to www.healthystart.nhs.uk or ask to your midwife, health visitor or at your local childrens centre.
