Change 4 Life Supermeals Campaign

Supermeals, part of the larger national NHS Change 4 Life healthy lifestyles and obesity prevention campaign, aims to help adults and families plan their shopping so that they can prepare quick, easy and healthier meals on a budget.

It's all about getting organised and planning for a healthier lifestyle, as with a little careful planning and some helpful hints and tips, you can save time, money and eat better!

The Supermeals campaign focuses on helping people by providing;

Online ideas to support healthy meal planning
Supermeals cookbook with ideas of filling and healthy recipes for every budget
Offers in supermarkets and online

The Change 4 Life Supermeals team will be out with the Heart Angels in supermarkets across Cambridgeshire from Monday 16th through to Tuesday 24th January 2012 helping to promote the campaign and giving everyone the chance to win a Nintendo Wii fit console!
