Do you want to encourage your child and family to become fitter, healthier and happier?

EnergiZe is a new community based programme for families who have children aged 7 - 11 who may be above their ideal weight

This is a 14 week programme with on-going support and is free of charge.

Each week the families will take part in a 2 hour interactive workshop looking at nutrition and physical activity. Thse sessions will be delivered in a friendly environment by local, enthusiastic instructors.
